Our Retail Pharmacy Joint Venture Partnership Services only requires you to provide the qualified roadside real estate (bare land or commercial or residential property) anywhere in the Greater Accra Region or Koforidua (if not yet in operations).

Completely white label as we prefer to be silent efficient and/or capable partners - with only shareholders, regulators, and your employees knowing about the details of our partnership with you.

Existing pharma businesses will just need to meet our minimum daily sale requirement of GHs5,000, to qualify to scale and/or grow with us.

We provide every other thing else (patient capital, pharma supplies, logistics, etc) and we exit within 3-60 months, leaving you to run everything all by yourself, albeit with seamless non-shareholding partnership post-exit (if requested).

No Upfront Cost required from you - we handle everything, from capital injection to bringing very qualified pharmacists and other health professionals on board.

- Bare Land

- Old Buildings

- Residential Property

- Commercial Property

- Abandoned / Existing Pharmacy Spaces
